Bin day sneaks up on everyone. WheelieWhen is a simple subscription service that sends you a reminder the day before your bin needs to be out, so the wheelie bin makes it to the kerb every time.
What we built
WheelieWhen is a Perma Digital product, designed and built in-house from the ground up. No off-the-shelf platform: a completely bespoke system covering sign-up, scheduled reminders and subscription management.
- Day-before remindersSubscribers are notified the day before their collection, so there's time to get the bin out.
- Automated billing with StripeA Stripe integration handles recurring £1.49/month subscriptions automatically, with no manual invoicing.
- Verified cancellationsCancellation requests are checked against active subscription records using email, phone and postcode, so only the account holder can cancel.
